My Fitness Goals

- Run without a sports bra (though I could now, I want to with confidence)

- Run a 7:30 mile again

- Run 3 miles in 25:00 again

- Run 8 miles consistently again

- Have a stronger core

Notice how all of these have “again” is because I was there last summer but college came. No big deal, but I’ve got exactly 96 days till the fall semester begins and I’m determined to achieve all of these.

Just ran 4 miles in 40 degree weather.

That’s a first.

Anywho my time wasn’t as lovely as I wished it was…

BUT I accomplished the run.

I got out the door.

And for that I am proud of myself.

How much cardio should I do every day?

I can easily run for an hour but I am going to be participating in an hour and a half of strength training daily. Example: Abs&Pilates. I have no need to lose weight, just to keep in shape. Opinions are welcomed!

So this is myself after running 8.5 consecutive miles.
Yes.
I did say 8.5 consecutive miles.
I decided to go on the trail and got a little carried away. Haha This beat my previous record of 5.5 miles in 45 minutes. I am so proud of myself right now.
& I look pretty darn good!

So I’m heading into my last week before I move into college and it is the last week of my three week super healthy cleanse.

So in two weeks I’ve managed to lose 6 pounds. I have this last week left and my goal was 10. But there is no way I would allow myself to lose 4 pounds, that just isn’t healthy nor realistic. So my goal is 1-2 pounds.

Should I run on the trail or no?

I have never ran on a trail by MYSELF. I always went with someone with me. But I really want to run on the trail however I am scared something will happen. Anyone have anything that will enlighten me or make me feel better about the situation.
